Migration to Microsoft 365

We will conduct migration of your environment to SharePoint Online on Microsoft 365 to modernize their content management and collaboration processes, reduce cost of ownership, and improve findability and compliance.

– Access and recommend the best migration tool for you among SharePoint Migration Tool (SMT) from Microsoft, ShareGate, Metalogix, and AvePoint.

4. Data Migration – we will:
– Use the chosen migration tool to move documents, lists, and libraries to SharePoint Online.
– Decide whether to migrate version history of documents.
– Migrate user and group permissions, ensuring that users have the appropriate access.

5. Testing – we will:
– Conduct pilot migrations to ensure that content is transferred correctly.
– Involve end-users in testing to identify and resolve issues during UAT.

6. Change Management – we will:
– Train your team on SharePoint Online features and best practices.
– Communicate the migration plan, timeline, and benefits to all users.
